★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Connectivity was very low for 3 weeks after Cyclone Amphan hit Kolkata. Internet was not working at all. Situation is better now.. However, no proper service was provided at that point of time.. we were just asked to wait till connectivity restores

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waah airtel waah. First to renew your airtel sim you have to take 3 months postpaid till that time you cannot change to prepaid. To change this postpaid to prepaid you have the pay the pending amount(which is correct). But then the first prepaid recharge has to be according to their wishes(expensive one) and you might have to use airtel thanks app to recharge. A vicious cycle. And then they will show their bloated balance sheet to compete with jio. Not fair practice.
But this does not end here they told me it just takes 5 minutes.You accordingly take break from office but the whole process infact takes 2-3 hours. In this pandemic time people come to your service center because of urgency not because one loves your service center but your lackadaisical attitude is a big down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer support ever. I was dealing with Mr Sushanta Dey. He had informed me that there will be no installation charges and told me to come back with my documents. I got back and waited for 30 mins, after that he said I'll have to pay installation charges?
Wasting the customer's time seems their only option. Went there twice, wasted hours to travel back and forth. They do not have any idea what is going on and what are the offers. WORST EVER Support.
