β β β β β I know the Alien Solar guys personally. I have visited sites (which includes housings, factories, government concerns) where they have installed solar systems (ranging from KW to MW) irrespective of various challenges.
Apart from that their goal is not to make hefty profits but to create impact to society for better living for future generations. Hats off?

β β β β β With about 300 clear, sunny days in a year, India's theoretically calculated solar energy incidence on its land area alone, is about 5,000 trillion kilowatt-hours (kWh) per year (or 5 EWh/yr). The solar energy available in a year exceeds the possible energy output of all fossil fuel energy reserves in India. The daily average solar power plant generation capacity over India is 0.25 kWh per m2 of used land area, which is equivalent to about 1,500β2,000 peak (rated) capacity operating hours in a year with the available commercially-proven technologies.

β β β β β My experience with Alien Solar has been eye opening and fulfilling. Having had no experience before of this exciting new source of inexhaustible and renewable clean energy I was rather sceptical of its practical utility . However owing to the sheer need of ' Khelaghar ' the home for deprived children , where I volunteer assistance , and where grid power is so erratic that it was threatening the safety, health and wellbeing of the children, I hesitantly approached Alien Solar for a solution. Their young team came up with an almost miraculous ( to my eyes) mix of both stand alone solar streetlights as well as a Solar inverter based AC system installed with a generous donation from the Tata group which has effectively solved the problem in most areas of the institution.Definitely not a one night wonder, the Alien Solar solution has been working effectively over several months , not only freeing us from the vagaries of the grid but also providing substantial savings to Khelaghar which is cash strapped and entirely dependent on donations. We intend to expand the solar solution to all areas of the institution with Alien Solar's help as it has proved a boon. I unhesitatingly recommend the enthusiastic, knowledgeable and friendly team at Alien Solar .
