★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever.At first they said that there is no problem. When insisted they kept the phone and returned doing nothing. When l complained Samsung Customer Care they apologized and contacted the service center after which they rang me up and asked for the phone to be repaired. I gave them the phone .They kept it for two weeks. When I went to get it they returned saying that they have reset the phone.
only as there was no need to open the phone. I came back phone and within two days found the same problem. The phone was shutting down erratically. Samsung customer care people had told me the phone needed to be opened and repaired but the lazy staff there is unwilling to work. Or may be they are waiting for the warranty period to be over so that they can charge me and repair.l really don't know how a reputed company like Samsung is tolerating this service centre which is a cheat private company. In this way Samsung will lose its credibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had gone to the center as the 6months old mobile was shutting down automatically and apps were disappearing. They updated software and told me to go. After three days the same problem appeared. I went to them but they told me that there was no problem. I play with the settings. I was shocked. The phone belongs to my mother who handles the phone very well. She is a senior citizen and a teacher. Truly staff working here are ill behaved and unwilling to work. They need to be changed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had gone to repair my phone early morning for which I was made to wait 1.5 hrs by a very rude front desk concierge lady , after getting my slot was informed that if the part was ready i would be informed and had to pay 50% advance for it which cld take 3-4 days , surprisingly same day I got a call from the centre that my phone was serviced and fixed and I could pick up same day evening at 5:30 , I reached at 5:15pm and was made to wait 1.5 hours and finally told that my damaged phone did not have the appropriate part and thus was not repaired !!! After getting back my advance and having my whole day ruined by the rude staff of sanchar electronics I wonder why samsung india pvt Ltd persists with such a deeply arrogant and unprofessional service franchise !!! Shame on the staff of sanchar electronics !!!
