★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The representatives here are neither professional nor responsive. They'll just give you some basic info and constantly push you to "take out your card". They give no cost EMI options to one customer and not to other, when the other customer is still there in the store. The audacity!!
I still bought my MacBook cz I did my homework and knew what I wanted. But looks like they only care until your card is swiped in the machine. They didn't even had a carry bag for me to carry my New MacBook. They wrapped it in a cardboard and asked me to carry it like that. What professionalism!!
My customer experience at this particular Imagine store is really bad and I would NEVER EVER recommend anyone to visit here. There's a lot of other imagine stores in the city. Go there and if not, get yourself ready to face some highly unprofessional and poor walk in experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experiences with this Apple Service Provider.
All they think about is making money and not about Consumers/Customers.
I went to this service center with my IPhone X which had a touch issue and green lines on my screen. As per the Apple chat support, my phone qualified for a quality program where I was supposed to get a free screen replacement. But the guy in Systematix media upfront told me that there would be a Service Charge of 1800/- and then only they would take my phone in for a repair. Plus he quoted another 26000 for screen replacement. He had a non helping attitude.
I would not recommend anyone to go to Systematix media to buy any Apple product or to get their device serviced. Instead, buy your products directly from Apple.co.in and get it serviced elsewhere (Other authorized service provider)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady at front desk does not know anything about the tech issues and went inside a hidden cubicle 3 times to consult with her tech staff. All she came back to say was deposit the device and pay Rs 1800. We cannot say at all whether the issue can be fixed or what the chances are. Expect better from apple.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very ill mannered staffs. Behavior to totally unprofessional and could not be acceptable. While submitting the phone, they asked from where I bought. After I told them that from fFlipkart, they asked me to contact Flipkart for the issue. Also very arrogantly they said, don't you know this is Durgapuja coming, be ready to get a delayed delivery. And here itvis 0th October. I submitted the phone on 4th October and till date waiting for some response from their end. The phone is not yet checked. I am done with Apple.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service center i have ever seen. They dont have proper knowledge. The lady in the front desk is there to earn make money and fool customer. If your phone does have any issue , they will tell you that your phone has this issue that issue. I have purchased iPhone from amazon, there was no problem in the phone, just a minor problem, volume down key slightly need to press harder while using back case. They are telling that we dont know its under warranty or not, you need to deposit the phn and wait 15-20 days, pathetic ugh..Even they were saying that your phone is slightly bended. Lol. They are there only to make money, if you buy from their store only then they might give the repair server under warranty. But if you bought from amazon, flipkart they are indirectly refusing to repair your device free of cost even it is under warranty.
