★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Systematix Media - kolkata, India did not resolve my issue. My issue was not resolved. Took the full pay but did not repair the laptop. The people there also behaved very unprofessionally.
Apple should strongly reconsider its collaboration with this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store representatives and the technicians are bunch of idiots. Avoid this place at all cost. They took my iPhone for repair, did nothing and sit on it. On 8th day when I called them to know the status they told me to replace my phone with a new phone. Their only objective is to sell new products and not to repair. Waste of time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were very rude and unprofessional , and do not explain the technical problems completely. They keep sending the client from one station without resolving their queries. My advice would be to try other Apple Service centers in Kolkata.

Poor service. Very bad. Submitted my iphone 11 on 10th September. I called them on 16th for status, they said we will update you by EOD but didn't get any call. Again I called them in the evening then they said we sent your phone to Bengalore for repair. Then I asked for a spare device initially they refused but later they asked to come on Saturday. Today we went to collect the spare device; once we reached they asked us to sit. Then after sometime Debarati(executive) called me and said Sir we can't provide you spare device.
Reason: Apple has done something (I don't remember the term she said) to your device and is no more under warranty.
My point: They should have informed me once they got the update. After reaching there they said we just got the update so couldn't inform you. This is nothing but harrasment. I am totally disappointed with their service. You are dealing with a customer please be professional.
To Apple: I haven't done anything to the phone; not even a single scratch. Why can't other parson hear when I speak on speaker mode. I can't even even hear when I use whatsapp or any other apps. I am expecting good service from you. This is the first time I am facing problem with Apple product.

Requesting everyone to be beware of these two authorised service centres of apple ( Read "authorised to make people fool, authorised to extort money from people" ) for their fraudulent activities. 1. Imagine store of City Centre 1 and
2. Imagine store of Manisquare.
29/4/21 I purchased Apple ipad air 4th gen from Imagine store of city centre 1 along which the adapter was given in the box as it claims. However i was facing issues like overheating, not charging problems sometimes. So i took it to this authorised service centre of apple in Imagine store of city centre 1 where they said the usb cable has got damaged for which i need to purchase it. I purchased the same but after few days the same issues started again. So this time when i revisited there, they said i have issues with my ipad and asked me to submit it. Reluctant i decided to take another opinion and visited authorised service centre of apple imagine store of manisquare where they checked the adapter and said its a duplicate one and asked me to make an appointment next day. Next day when i went there (Authorised service centre of apple imagine store of manisquare) they said they were wrong the previous day its an original adapter.Now when i complained authorised service centre of apple imagine store of city centre 1 about why did they sell me a duplicate adapter they denied the fact entirely and denied replacement of the power adapter despite the products being within the warrantly period.
P.S - If an authorised service centre cheats you this way, what else can anyone expect. I request the concerned authorities to do the needful in this direction and the common people to stay aware of such harrasment.

I am a customer of Apple for the last 10 years and have taken service from the cities like, Delhi, Bangalore, Jaipur and Mumbai. This was my first attempt to go to apple service center in Kolkata. It is unfortunate that this center is the most unprofessional one. For a replacement they told me 9 days but took a month. The officials also charged extra money 10 days after the order was placed. I got a call from them where the person said that the charge of the said item has increased, therefore, I will have to transfer the additional amount or the order will be cancelled. However, I did not agree and told them that I will pay during the handover. I will request everyone reading this review not to proceed to this center for any support. I believe it is a fraudulent racket of extorsion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best apple care centre in Kolkata. Unlike other centres where its too difficult to even get an appointment (e.g Ho Chi Minh one). This one is accessible, Open till 8pm and you don't have to generally stand in a queue! Also, the staff is good and the turn around time is quiet short!
