★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so disappointed with this store and their management altogether. I earnestly recommend everyone to buy their shoes from some other place.
My mom bought a Skechers 2 months back and there was a manufacturing defect in the shoe. It took 1 month to convince the store to take it back and send it to the inventory. My parents bought shoes worth around 8-9k from the store.
Picked another shoe of the same price (4k) 2 weeks back FINALLY and a few days ago they called and said that we need to pay 1000 extra because they had miscalculated the price.
Also, they had never issued a bill cause they were out of printer paper but said they would email it which btw they never sent. Is that really expected from a reputed store like this ?
How is this professional even ? They are calling every day and harassing us to pay the extra money now. This is so frustrating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever buy shoes from this store. The salesmen are little tricky over there and they sell old stocks shoes. If any problem comes up on your shoes, they will blame customers for the cause not on the shoes manufacturing. Please shop online for better return policy and discounted price.
Never visit the store and buy any expensive shoes. Avoid recommended.
