★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop has huge varities of shoes. Starting feom kids to elderly everyone can buy shoes, here. They even have all the acessories required for shoes. So if you want to buy a new show I will surely recommend you to go to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went today afternoon to buy some belts here and I had an extremely bad experience with the sales personnel who was attending to me. This was a lady there who is by far the most unprofessional, and downright most rude sales personnel that I have had the misfortune of encountering. I wanted to buy a few belts, and right from the beginning this woman had this attitude that she is somehow dealing with a customer who is not cut out for the place. Mochi, is this the kind of elitist behaviour you tolerate in your staff? She had a very demeaning way of dealing with me all through, was not at all interested in showing me the merchandise, and in fact was behaving as if I am not worthy of shopping over there. Through and through she made me feel unwanted, and definitely not like a valued customer in any way. If I was not in such a hurry to actually buy a belt to gift, I would have walked out of the shop, that was how insulting her behaviour was. She was extremely unhelpful with the required customisation as well.
I always thought Mochi would be a preferred shopping destination for me, but not after today. Not when you enable your staff to behave this way with your customers. Completely unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is good but the quality of shoes by mochi has gone below 0. I "was" a big fan of mochi but the last 2 sandals i got from this place have really let me down. The latest shoe broke down within a month( obviously planning to return it but dont wish to buy anything of this brand)- a very bad experience for such a big brand. The last heels i got has started peeling off.
