★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible after sales service...the sole of the item i purchased broke within a week and i went to get it exchanged...they took almost a week to confirm the return nd i took another piece of the same product...this product's sole also cracked completely and on showing them the same they display no guilt and simply ask us to take another item in exchange of the same when this return is confirmed by the company... moreover, there is no facility of credit note... according to them, there is no way that a customer can't be satisfied with the products they have displayed...once the return is confirmed, i have to purchase a new item in exchange of that money at the same time whether i like it or not, but they will not issue any credit note
