★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier service ever. Send my office laptop from kolkata to bangalore and it reaches my destination in pieces and nobody recieved my calls or co ordinate for my huge loss. Please dont send any goods thru tirupati, it will be a huge loss to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are very prompt and responsive. I was to receive a very urgent parcel...so I called them up during the lockdown period when already they were running with very limited employees. Still they promised me if the track is showing that my parcel has reached the hub they will surely find it out and deliver it by that day. It was already 9.30pm, raining and I thought may be i will not receive it but a man came with my parcel. I was so happy i went to give him some tips but he did not receive it ...instead he said madam it is our duty...
