β β β β β Very bad service. An unreliable retailer who booked my package in DTDC instead of Bluedart and eventually my package was returned without calling the receiver and sender.

β β β β β Blue Dart service is good but the people managing this outlet are pathetic. They don't speak properly and ask for an amount which has no justification or breakup. If it would not have been urgency, I would never visit this place.

β β β β β I had to send a parcel to the US, and I was happy with the experience. The behavior was professional and courteous. I was required to furnish two identification documents. DHL Express, I'm told, takes 3-4 days for departure, and another 4-5 days to reach the destination. Christmas is near, and everything will shut down in the US a week before, so I hope my package reaches on time. At Rs 2500 for a less than 500 gm parcel, the air freight charge is quite hefty though.

My item has been delivered without bubble wrap . Shankar Saha charged me for end to end packing with Bubble wrap .Post repeated followup no bill has been sent . Robbed me .
No ownership ,very unprofessional. Horrible experience my costly item has been reached totally broken .
