★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is about how customers are harassed and duplicate products are sold off from an authorised service centre of @Apple in Imagine store of City centre 1 and Manisquare. Requesting everyone to be beware of these two authorised service centres of apple ( Read "authorised to make people fool, authorised to extort money from people" ) for their fraudulent activities. 1. Imagine store of City Centre 1 and
2. Imagine store of Manisquare.
29/4/21 I purchased Apple ipad air 4th gen from Imagine store of city centre 1 along which the adapter was given in the box as it claims. However i was facing issues like overheating, not charging problems sometimes. So i took it to this authorised service centre of apple in Imagine store of city centre 1 where they said the usb cable has got damaged for which i need to purchase it. I purchased the same but after few days the same issues started again. So this time when i revisited there, they said i have issues with my ipad and asked me to submit it. Reluctant i decided to take another opinion and visited authorised service centre of apple imagine store of manisquare where they checked the adapter and said its a duplicate one and asked me to make an appointment next day. Next day when i went there (Authorised service centre of apple imagine store of manisquare) they said they were wrong the previous day its an original adapter.Now when i complained authorised service centre of apple imagine store of city centre 1 about why did they sell me a duplicate adapter they denied the fact entirely and denied replacement of the power adapter despite the products being within the warrantly period.
P.S - If an authorised service centre cheats you this way, what else can anyone expect. I request the concerned authorities to do the needful in this direction and the common people to stay aware of such harrasment.
