★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sold a disgusting product.For 1st week it was fine but after that the TouchPad stopped working, the printer is not working, Microsoft office is also not working in the laptop.They are selling just defective laptops and taking full price for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great team, great service. I had the occasion of visiting this store on 3 occasions during recent times. Once for replacing the battery for my rather old Dell Inspirion. On second occasion I wanted to speed up processing speed of the same Dell laptop and at their recommendation I installed a SSD in place of my CD drive. A brilliant solution and it really worked very well. Yesterday I took my old Sony VAIO laptop whose keyboard and screen were out of order and Sony washed their hands off saying they discontinued VAIO. To my good luck, this team at Junction IT Salt Lake, replaced my keyboard and display in a day's time and also installed a SSD. I am really pleased that I could get my VAIO back in full working condition - which otherwise I was about to throw out.
I shall recommend Junction IT at AA Block Salt Lake for any sort of computer need. The staff are very courteous and helpful - always.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all I agree that I know nothing about COMPUTER/LAPTOP. I went to your service center DELL IT JUNCTION, SALT LAKE for the first time on 11/12/21 & said exactly as above to Mr. Mukherjee. He said no problem we will take care. After 2 day's it was informed that mother board is damaged & will cost appx 8k. That time I didn't have that much so decided to check with another service center. So I went to TECHNOCRAFT INFOTECH (P) LTD of C.R.AVENUE KOLKATA. I handed over the machine on 15/01/22 & they returned it 12/02/22. Almost 1 month they kept it w/o doing anything. Again I handed over the machine to Mr. Mukherjee of DELL IT JUNCTION, SALT LAKE on 27/02/22 & within 2 day's he informed me that previous service center has taken out the 2nd generation processor/ original memory card / other vital chips from machine. There was no doubt what he said as apart from him only TECHNOCRAFT guy had checked that LAPTOP in between time. Surprisingly DELL IT JUNCTION, SALT LAKE returned the LAPTOP within a week after repairing it on 03/03/22. I give special thank’s to DELL IT JUNCTION, SALT LAKE as well as Mr. Mukherjee that it has been repaired with no extra cost as only previous cost (8k) has been taken from me. Also they checked the battery & said a new battery to be required but ultimately not been changed as there was connectivity issue & it had been solved by them. This way they have saved battery cost of Rs 3600/- for a customer like me. It was very pleasant experience for a computer illiterate person like me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a Dell G15- 5510 i7 10th gen which might be very late to arrive but still I would say the laptop is awesome and the service of the Dell Junction IT store is also very nice.
I would recommend this store highly for good laptop and servicing point of view.
Well the laptop seems really terrific fast and consistent in its speed of processing whatever it can be it processes very very well.
