The sales in charge there not only behaved rudely, he kept on blaming and admonishing us for not asking the right questions and for claiming that we have some rights as a Dell customer of a new laptop which does not work properly. In fact, when we were upset and expressed our displeasure, he said we were not worth speaking to and walked out of his own store leaving us stranded. Quite a memorable experience with DELL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very much pleased with the help I got from the store whenever I need help with my PC. And I will continue to buy from this store in future.
There are a lot of not so honest reviewers who casually post a partial reviews(which is not true in my case).
I was in the store yesterday to take some technical help from the store, while a custome(Mr Ratnadeep Sarkar as per his posted review) came with his so called very new laptop and asked for a new power adaptor, the store persons checked and told him that he has motherboard issue, and in order to fix it he can visit the chandni e-mall 2nd floor service center, but as the laptop seems to be older one the motherboard might not be ready available.
After that the customer asked "why my motherboard is dead so early, I even not have used it that way, it is a new laptop and was kept idle since the purchase".
After checking the service tag the store guys found that ithe laptop was purchased on 2012(not so called newly buyed one) and warranty has expired on 2013. Which Mr. Ratnadeep then confirmed over a phone call to his home.
I dont see any wrong with the reply Mr. Ratnadeep got, it's absolutely true that even if your pc is kept unused it can get dead. I think he should be thankful for the free guidance he got from the store(for his so called not so old laptop).
I am posting this review very honestly and as a old customer of the store and as a wellwisher also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most non professional person have seating over the chair. They don’t know how to talk with customer. I just simply asked what May the reason for the mother board failure. They he replied “ Anek Karon e hote pare… Apni suye thakle heart attack hote pare.. “ this is the way to talk with the customer. I am with dell from 2008… sorry for 1 rating…
