my system: Alienware m15 r6 3060 BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK EDIT2: As of Jan 8, the store has replaced my previous laptop, I thank you all for that. But from now on I have to go to customer case for any issues, but that is ok. I am relieved to have the issue resolved. It became a headache. But even after replacement, have received a damaged laptop. The display is not properly aligned with the body. Buy at your own risk. A laptop should work with charger, without a battery. And mine was not working, it was a clear issue. Customer care thought so and allowed for a replacement but that would have taken 30-40 business days. So think before you buy. Thanks to the store, i got mine in 2 weeks, it was fast. But they are still adamantly claiming that previous laptop had no issues and the customer care people are not qualified according to the person who delivered my laptop. This makes trusting Dell as a company very difficult, especially when there are no agreements in between employees as well. But if an item is faulty, it is the headache of the Customer, and no one else. So be careful, I shall be too. Definitely buy from this store, as they help you a lot in the beginning, but Dell as company has lost some its integrity to me. After a laptop worth 1.5 l breaks down in 20 days, the company should not take 40 business days to give you a replacement. But this is my complain regarding Dell as a company in the Indian market. EDIT: In 20 days laptop was dead, no response. Customer Care is pathetic, they do not respond to emails or call you back. The store people are also lying to me. Worst experience ever in my life with Dell/Alienware. Better go for Asus or Lenovo or even apple instead of this. I have become depressed over the past week trying to talk to customer care. I have purchased my first premium laptop from here and I can say I am more than happy with the amazing service provided by Kunal (he works there). I had gone to another shop before where they gave me a deadline but could not deliver at all and they also gave no offers. Here at Shree Shyam, they not only sold the product at the lower online price but I got an offer on a laptop bag and got an alienware headphone for free. I bought : Alienware m15 r6 3060 version. And even during a Global Semi-conductor shortage, they delivered the product at my doorstep within a week as they promised. This is the biggest positive. They will not waste your time at all. Since my exams were going on, I could not visit the store, but Kunal and everyone made sure, I received the laptop and payment was also not an issue. Overall I could not ask for a better deal, over the phone. Thank you Kunal and everyone. The laptop came in great condition, except a small white dot at one place, but that is negligible. Even during the lockdown and a shortage for computer parts, I got my machine within 7 days. Regarding product support, Kunal said that I can call them if there are any issues. I would highly recommend buying from here, if you are buying Dell.

Overcharging item price . Adding service charge when you visit to purchase battery and keyboard. The person Kunal , the salesman is one of the worst illogical guy. Has he lost his basic understanding ? . What service you are offering on purchase of Keyboard.
