★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front desk executives behave really well with the customers, they respond promptly and give proper responses to the all the questions of the customers. Overall service is good.
One point of dissatisfaction , they do not accept card payment. Usually laptop and mobile repairing required high value transactions (in thousands) and it's really inconvenient for the customers to pay in only cash or UPI payment .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best service centre experience. I came here to replace my Nothings Ear(1), the service was prompt. I received the replacement within a couple of minutes. The behaviour of the staffs were very polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting place. I had sent my Bose speaker for servicing. They did not service the speaker but lost it. I request everyone reading this review to first give a one star rating and then give a written feedback. Do not go to this service center and bet more than 18000 rupees. You will finally get something in return after they cause this kind of inconvenience to you by complaining to the consumer helpline of India but you urself have to go through a lot of hassle. And also check the product they have given you after servicing. It most probably won't be the same as the one you have given them i.e. the serial number won't match.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I have visited at Motorola service center in Salt Lake. I got repaired my moto G9 within 2hrs. Very clean and peaceful ambiance. They maintain the all COVID protocol and hygiene. Very polite behaviour. Overall I'm very much satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the store to replace my boat headphone which was in the warranty period.
Firstly they told me , 'Okay this is available ,we will replace it'.
When the time came to fill up the form ,they told 'No it's internal damage ,we cannot do it etc etc'.
Thankfully i come to know about the online portal of boat warranty helpline and by the help of it i get a new one.
This feedback is totally based upon the behavior of the boat customer representative ,nothing else.
