★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience. Sales guys will promise false delivery dates by saying sweet words and promising the stars and moon, but as soon as you give them the FULL payment, they will not know who you are. Awaiting a delivery since 5 days, when they promised 2 day delivery.

The management is non-existent , even customer-care number is not there in the invoice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a Daikin ac, it failed installation, a brand new product has fan motor and pcb issues! And the store is refusing to change the full machine! Even in bill it states same day-next day delivery, they deliver after 3 days!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a samsung fridge from this store. They said delivery will be within 4 days during sale but even after 7 days still waiting for the delivery to happen. The best part is no one knows when the delivery will be done. They don’t have any tracking system. Such a pathetic after sales service.
Even samsung is calling me for installation but these guys haven’t delivered it yet.
Update 1: So they finally delivered the product twice but both times the product is faulty. Once the cover of the compressor is totally bent & the plug was broken whereas second time the side of the fridge was bent. So, not sure when I will get a working product from "THE GREAT EASTERN".
