★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Product offer is there but staff behavior is very rude
. We went to buy a refrigerator and we were awaiting for finance approval, but they literally shutting down the store when we are there in store.
All employees are ready with their backpack and they just started switching off the lights . Some of the employees are alredy go outside of the store and just waiting to shutter down, although the problem is with the internet connection in the store but they just behaves like it is our fault.

Pathetic experience:
1. Salesmen have 0 knowledge of product.
2. Lied about installation charges of the product to make a sale since product installation is company’s responsibility and not shop’s.
3. When we called to return the product, they denied.
4. Did not accept card, forced us to pay cash amidst this pandemic.
If the owner is doing this on purpose they need to rethink their business ethics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sur sangeet is one of the oldest electronics shop in phoolbagan.Located in between JMD diagnostic and panyaloons.Very near to kankurgachi pantaloon .Staffs are very good and best thing is anything you want to buy like TV/REFRIGERATOR/MICROWAVE/WASHING MACHINE etc .You will best quote from them.Though you can do little more negotiation to get at your best price.Also finance facility is available.So if your pocket not allow bajaj fiance people are there to help you .
