★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst counter ever I have seen, spacially Ravi is approaching very bad to the Bengali lady staffs. He abusing to them & tried to Miss behav with lady staff. Owner Should take action on him. Other wise in future there will be so much trabule for Sales emporium.

They want to make money with advance booking amount only and not selling the product. Very poor service

The Store Incharge was extremely rude and it was Dissapointing to see them crib and act rudely for Rs. 500 Booking amount. What low class behavior!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. The Manager to Sales guys, all are lier. Unprofessional, bad behaviour. Unfortunately I booked a product with full payment. The product was not delivered as per commitment date. They play very foul. Great eastern and Khosla are much better and infact extremely well behaved polite people.

MAJOR FRAUD ALERT!!!
i went to purchase a kitchen chimney at this branch of sales emporium, considering it to be a new electronic sales outlet in this location. After the briefing from the sales person and all confirmation , he sold us a model which we paid full during purchase. The bill mentioned the model number and all details which seemed to be fine but they told we will recive the actual tax invoice on product delivery.
After 2 days we got the product delivered at our place following lots of call to the sales person as they dint give any other contact. To our surprise the delivery boy told he doesn't have the invoice and asked to collect from the store. The main surprise came when the Model number on the box differed from the one on the bill. Seeing that we immediately called Sales Emporium and they started giving stories as this is a better model than the one we paid for .
After much argument we had to keep the product as they were not ready to admit their mistake nor they arranged to get back with the original product we had purchased. So on verifying online and with the company helpline number we found that the product we received was an older model and it doesn't have the features that we planned and even paid for it and whats worse was it was atleast 3000Rs lesser than our purchased product.
It was our utter disappointment to have such an experience as a first time customer to this store .im never going back again and would warn every one to be aware as you might not receive the product that you are paying for. This kind of fraudulent activity in name of sales is unbearable. The sales person BHARAT is nothing less of a scam agent. They highly misbehaved when we went to store to get our invoice . Employees are highly misguided and will give false information to sell anything. Kindly also check other reviews before investing/wasting money in this store .
There are other well trusted stores nearby ,like Khosla and Great Eastern,
Atleast they dont scam people in name of best deal and bullcrap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are few things what we can consider. If you consider location, it's good. Considering price point, you also find that it's reasonable. They are having decent collections if you want to choose. However there are few concerns. Recently I got a Havells geyser. It's definitely good and considering discount it was a good deal. But what I found they forgot to raise installation request. I had to do it personally by reaching out to Havells that delayed the installations as I was not aware of the fact that it was not done from the store. Overall if you ingnore such glitches it's a decent place.

Don't pay advance booking amount to them. They will never return it even if they are the ones who can't sell the product to us.

We recently advance booked Samsung 551 Litres Fridge on 27/04/22.
Next day, when we went to collect the fridge, the were not able to sell the product to us due to their system issues.
Afterwards, they didn't even refund the advance booking amount we paid, and the store incharge had a very bad behaviour and rude attitude with loud shouting. We booked the fridge through their sales person Mr. Amit who was trying to help us, but the store incharge there kept on shouting and acting rudely regarding not providing refund.
It was our good luck we only paid Rs. 500 as booking amount, otherwise we would have suffered the entire monetary loss of Rs. 58000.
