★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited that place for my father's glaucoma and cataract issue. Their record keeping system for all patients is very good. But each time I spent a lot of time (over 1hr30min) to visit the doctor while I booked an appointment over phone over a week ago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this center. Firstly, they do not have computerised eye testing at this point of time. Second, the wait times are extremely bad. I was made to wait for two hours and twenty minutes before being allowed to see the doctor. There's no concept of a queue and the patient management is bad. To make matters worse, the eye checkup results for me were incorrect as I got it reverified from another testing center.
Apart from all of this, the staff isn't very courteous, however, the doctor is very well behaved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before 2 days I had gone and booked an appointment. I was first in the list.On the day of appointment I was told to wait and my turn would come at last they said. They kept me waiting for 3 hrs and didn't even bothered to call me when all the patients left. Next, the guy checking power doesn't knows how to check and gave wrong readings. Lack of equipments. Waste of money and time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place! They will make you wait for 1-1.5 hrs even after taking the appointment and say that the doctor has not arrived.
A man was shouting as well as he had to wait for hours and they wasted their time.
