★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was the worst experience ever ! I lost my aunty on 15.04.2021 ! The management of this hospital is worse than ever. The head of the management Mr.sajol Ghosh was so rude that he didn't even communicate with us ! don't go for this hospital .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lost my sister on 15.04.2021, it was just like a hell, she got admitted under Dr sanjeev kumar Singh Dr was very rude to us, the management staff are also very rough at their attitude, pls don't admit ur loved one in such a worst hospital,she was in hell condition in day to day in hospital bed ,we never spoke to her as she was in ventilation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The king of hidden charges..... They charge extra rs 80 for oxygen which is unethical which is a legal matter... Medicine bill charged separately, dialysis bill charged separately.... Bed charges here mean nothing there will be a ton of bill for 5/6 days stay.
Nurses and Receptionist are extra rude.
Cleanliness and hygiene a big zero.
Dr S Kumar is very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor has no time sence,they keep patients waiting. We were asked to come at 12 pm but the doctor did not even arrive at 1:30 pm. Very bad experience. The management staffs are inattentive.
