★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a bad experience from prathama chaudhury .she always stay in hurry with her lot of network issue during online session .for 1000 rs she was giving only 4min /9min maximum .if you want any appointment from her then you have to call or msg her for 1000 time but she will not pick up or not giving any response because of her attitude .she was rude in online session because I said mam your medicine was not working with mine then she got angry instantly and talking so badly and only gave me 4min in that online session and don't even wrote any kind of medicine name only gave a blank useless prescription while she knew it that I was in pain for my condition ..she did not even care for patient's mental health.being a mental health professional she behaved very bad .only she is knowing about is money and her rude attitude .and always force to consult a bad physcologist (megha rathi)because they are doing business together .very very much bad experience from her . did not recommend anyone

When I appointed Dr. Prathama Chaudhuri for my family member Annwesa, we couldn't understand about her reality, but later everything came to the fore. Firstly she was giving harassment always whenever we needed her, at the time of appoint, at the time of any serious condition of my patient she didn't reply. She always carrying an attitude with herself. She has not any responsibility for patient as I experienced. Finally when her medicine was not working we informed her, that time her reaction was very very bad. She behaved very rude to Annwesa and was very angry as well as she made annwesa very sad, being a Psychiatrist how could She behave rough and rude to her patient ? This type of behaviour just not expected from any doctor. She give only 4 - 9 minutes maximum for one online session and the problem is.. She always was dealing with her poor network and her call was disconnecting several times during 4 - 9 minutes sessions. So as a result doctor would talk hardly 3minutes between 4 - 9 minutes session. Annwesa's condition was going very down for Dr. Prathama's rude behaviour. As we paid for every appointment, we have the proper right that we will inform doctor if her medicine is not work. But doctor Prathama Chaudhuri made my patient's condition down after informing her that her medicine is not working. Even she was not giving the proper prescription. Last time she gave a prescription but there was not mentioned proper medicine names as we informed her that her medicine was not working.Very very bad doctor with attitude and wrong behaviour. Don't recommend anyone.

I am feeling so much better, thanks to her. I feel like I am reborn. I will definitely recommend all those of you who are suffering from mental health issues to consult Prathama Prathama ma'am. She is a life saver.

Dr chaudhuri made appropriate rapport from the very beginning, gave me ample time to be comfortable and share the history. Her suggestions were explained with reasons which made me trust the treatment and be positive towards recovery. Excellent doctor with great experience.
