★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This center sucks. Please don'tn visit this center unless you want to pay postpaid bills. This center is good for that purpose only. Airtel should focus more on its services. Mr Akash Mishra is the least educated professional that I have ever seen in my whole life and he is handling this whole center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have taken so many postpaid connections with them and had been regular in paying on time, and just now taken one more connection and they are unable to help in verification, visited twice. Note the numbers is deactivated and taking another connection from a different place. Useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to switch my mtnl connection to aitel prepaid. They told me that if i switch to prepaid then i will face issues in switching. Instead i should switch to postpaid then there will be no issues. They think they can easily fool customers. Came back that day, put up a complaint to official Airtel twitter handle and got call next day that i should visit again and will not face any such issue again.
Go there with full backgroud check. Unprofessional staff and they start talking rubbish about you as soon as you leave, that too in front of other visitors there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a fake service center. They charged me Rs 125 for duplicate sim. Later I got to know that this thing is for free.
Agents sitting there do not have any professional manners.
Most of them are eating or doing their personal work.
Do not waste your time visiting there. Go to Dwarka Center. They are very professional person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Airtel store staff don’t know the customer value. I did location port for my number. After that My new sim wasn’t active for more than three days. I was unable to use my phone but they did not know the root cause and simply said don’t know. This store is very pathetic. Firstly they said don’t to worry it will active on time. Seriously I called them 3days continuous but did not get the solution. Guys please don’t go to this store and save your time and value. I would give less than one star.
