★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called them to know the location of their store as google map was not showing the exact location. They did not pick the call. And somehow when i reached there asked them why the did not respond the n number of calls. The lady sitting on reception bluntly said we dont have time to pick the calls. We do work here we are not free to pick your calls. Such an unprofessional behaviour.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ submitted documents to disable 15 sim cards but not of them disabled even after 45 days of submitting the required documents. Haven't heard anything back via call or email.
All available no.s of stores are also switched off.

Dear Friends its a franchise not the idea showroom. I have visited there thrice in past and staff keeps on changing and so does their behaviour . In my last visit i went there for a free 4G sim upgrade but they didn't have and instead i was told that idea DOESN’T have 4G services in Delhi and "advised " me to to another idea store at Janakpuri.
What would be a 4G phone useful with a 3G sim.
HOWEVER you may get a warm and prompt response if you ask them for a new connection especially postpaid or changing prepaid connection to postpaid. Finally i had to port out from idea to a 4G operator and enjoying 4G services.
