Please work towards improving the customer service. Your business is entirely customer centric. If customers are not happy then one day will come when there will be no customers for you to service.

Highly unrecommended these guys are the least professional !
They are ruining Excitel company's image and reputation.

Pathetic service and even more pathetic service providers. Gang of cheats and frauds. Will not recommend them to anyone. Worst experience ever.
Even after seeing bad reviews of the third class ISPs that these people, the so called Local Cable Operators have tie ups with, I chose to subscribe to their services after seeing good reviews of these people on Google. But later found out that most of the 5 star reviews are fake. These people are only interested in cheating innocent customers. Choose wisely.
