★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst people ever to work at Airtel.
They don't even bother I'f there's a customer waiting for something. They'll just be texting or playing something on thier phone.
Suma and Mohan were the ones who were there and they were just in thier own zone. Where as Suma was atleast helpful.
These kind of people at the center's made me shift to JIO.

It was 8.05pm, just 5 minutes late as their Closing time was 8pm, but we were in emergency as the sim card was corrupted, so wanted a replacement, it was important as the child in home uses it for online classes, we requested but he was so professional when it was a matter of his punch out time, they have opened the place for customer service, so they r not doing their sole responsibility work up to mark. But some how we got it done from other place. Those people where in Jayanagar 3rd or 4th block.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non customer friendly store, went for postpaid data card connection. With some stories they said they will deliver the product to home after taking documents. Waited for 2 days and called to learn that i have to visit them again. Why the hell you didn't give the product inspite of sharing document at first visit?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the place yesterday for change of SIM, was attended to immediately. Staff concerned advised me to replace the new SIM after 3 hours. But could not get connectivity on installing new SIM. Helpline assistant guided me to rectify the problem but could not be solved. She said pl go back to the store. I am a senior citizen. I suggest phone nos. are provided so that one can avoid such a situation.
