★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Place has very less waiting time, the staff is extremely polite and are available to assist you at the go.
They have an Note registration system via touch interface on which you register your purpose of visit which gets you a token.
Maximum waiting time is around 15-30 min max until your issue is quite big.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse customer service. Today I visited the store and no one here to help me. There is 4 to 5 people in store and they are Walkin in the store and only once girl is there for customer support. And she is taking lot of time to resolve the issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experience was good. Bought a new simcard and yes it was completely paperless. Simcard activated immediately and without any hassle. But the only thing is wait time. Sometimes during rush hour u may have to wait a few minutes not more than that. Staff is good with designated counters for each Operation and staff position.

It literally took me 3 visits just to get my number to change from postpaid to prepaid. They changed it to postpaid at first then changed my number somehow and couldn't even track the problem.
Really annoying experience.
