are providing bad services and sold postpaid connection forcefully. Please beware from this Adhchini Mini Store.. I suggested please move to airtel store

โ โ โ โ โ I went to them to replace my damaged Idea sim card with a new Vi sim card as per the directions of customer service. But they (Mr.Vikas) simply denied saying that this is not possible. They rather tried to mislead me saying that taking a new postpaid connection for four months is the only way out, and later on I can convert it to prepaid if I am not satisfied. However, when I went to the Vi store in Green park, they immediately gave me a new sim card after a few checks and it got activated in less than 2 hours. It is so immoral on the part of the staff here to mislead the customers for their profit.

โ โ โ โ โ Really appreciable. I asked the person to make vodafone first recharge (after converting from postpaid to prepaid) for which physical visit was required at store. But, the vodafone person was so co-operative; he did the same job online within 5 minutes. Such persons are actual asset to the company ?

โ โ โ โ โ Although the sim issuing company provides a facility for prepaid sim upgrade from 3G to 4G free of cost, the store is not providing any facility for prepaid sim upgrade. Rather, they are saying that one has to convert it to a postpaid service and then convert it to prepaid later on. This sounds more like a business tactic.
