★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was excellent but the billing was delayed. Make sure you collect your bill. If they don't give you you a printed receipt, you can claim a free service as mentioned in their office. Also, call them to check availability before reaching their center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comparatively costly as compared to other competition, reason they give is that their products are genuine, which I think is not relatable. If you have knowledge, you can buy genuine products from local market at much cheaper expenses. I have replaced windshield in my car 5 times and am absolutely satisfied with the quality I got from after sales market. Personally I prefer to go for AIS or Saint Gobain windshield for my car. Hope the information will be beneficial for you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my superb to get the windscreen replaced. The car was running fine just a day before in rain. After the replacement the car only ran for 500 mts in rain and it stopped. The root cause was the related to not proper fitting of coil top. As the ECM of Superb is just below the coil top. The ECM was soaked in water. When confronted, these guys said it is not our fault, we have replaced so many glasses. However they dnt know that superb ECM is just below the coil top. I am still trying to digest that when the glass was not replaced, the car was working fine in rain and next day after glass replacement the car could not run for just 500 mts. quite strange

Firstly they didn’t provided me the bill and told me that I’ll get it on what’s app and when they did send me the bill i came to know that they have charged me for the services which were not rendered by them. And when I asked for refund they simply refused to do so.
Although I called there toll free no to raise the issue and was assured by them that action will be taken but nothing was done.
