★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic customer support and service...Due to high demand their service quality is worst...I am waiting from last 1 week for one test drive and same is postponed everyday by their executives..it's true that "handling success is not everyone's cup of tea".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The kia showroom experience was good as the staff attended us within a minute of entering the premises. Although, there were so many people already present in the showroom for car bookings but no one seemed unattended as kia has plenty of staff with them. Our executive explained all the relevant features and cleared all the doubts.
Just one thing which needs to improved is test drive vehicles, they didn't have any testdrive vehicles available at the time of our visit, which is a big negative factor.
