★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud. Cars24 guys sent my car to their garage and after 4 days, they sent my car back with broken front suspension.
Instead of doing the repairs, they actually ruined my car. After that I had to spend 46000 rupees from my pocket to get the additional repairs done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience. Would suggest a road side mechanic any day. You can take their services if you have lot of free time. Very laid back and do not value customer time. They buy spare parts after any car reaches their workshop. I bought a service booklet for INR 1200 which had free wheel allignment balancing, service labour free, car wash free etc. So today I went to see the workshop and get my car AC checked.. paid 1000 rupees and spent 3 hours. They did not have a basic ac filter and was made to wait for an hour for the filter. Upon complaining was told you should have ample time when you come to a workshop and want satisfactory work to be done. However the best part is the resolution provided, they refunded 1200 instantly and took the booklet. I am thankful for it. All this is after booking prior appointment. Trying to show how professional they are I was given a gate pass and told the guard will take it at the manual barrier while going out and here I am at home with the gate pass:) as far as my car AC is concerned there is no improvement and will have . There are other multi-brand workshops who are very professional but unfortunately this is just not the place to even consider visiting once.. I made the mistake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. They just don’t care. NEVER GIVE YOUR CAR TO THESE PEOPLE. They returned my Honda Accord absolutely trashed after a single service. Car went back multiple times to there center. I kept asking for updates and they kept delaying the delivery. After 2 weeks they stopped responding and kept passing me on from one service “buddy” to the other. I am only giving my car to Honda service from now on. Businesses like this deserve to shut down permanently. Hoping this happens soon to them so not too many people suffer from their absolute incompetency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked comprehensive service for my car though goMechanics app. Most of the services which are mentioned in the portfolio are not provided by the workshop. They ask for extra charge if you want those services. Also, most of the spare parts are not present. Furthermore, basic things like engine oil etc are not present. The cherry on the cake is when you call customer care of GO Mechanics they do not respond to your queries. They do not have any power to interject in between. Though I had opted for pick up and drop service , I personally had to bring my car back as they denied the service. My recommendation to everyone is to not book any of the services from go mechanics or from this workshop even if they are giving you those services for free.
