★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complete Fraud. Gave my car for service and was charged for Oil filter change, washing etc. When I checked the filter was still the same. The supervisor could not name the brand of the filter he had installed and tried to read it in front of me to convince me he knew. The car was not even washed (I made them do it in front of me). Also, I had asked them to check my battery because it was giving problems. Despite being charged for the fix the exact same issue happened 2 days. They had simply charged the battery (what most mechanics would do for free) and charged ~450 bucks. Small time criminals. Will be taking this issue up with Maruti as well as local authorities if required.

1. Door dent and painting - dent wasn't completely removed. The window glass got scratches when rolling it up and down.
Painting is highly highly worst..a)the color doesn't match with the original color with rest of the car. b) paint got pealed off in less than 2 months.
2. Front Bumper - again the painting color is unmatched, the fog light is unfixed after repeated reminders made in 2 services
3. Greasing wasn't done in many places, bonnet gets struck, the gear box isn't smooth, the breaks were tightened, etc.,
But the overall bill was INR. 36,000/-
I'm utterly disappointed, I'm writing this review after seeing all the damages.. the above mentioned doesn't seem professional from Maruti authorized service center.
