★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The flats are quite good n spacious however the common amenities like parking and lift needs upgradation. There is no service lift, the parking is not maintained properly. The society gate is never opened, you have to walk through the basement parking only to enter the building. The only lift is an old gate opening lift which at times frustrates you since you have to ensure you keep the gates closed else it won't start and keep beeping. The power backup also is not 100% only a light or two is available on backup.
