★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clubhouse consists mini theatre, multi purpose hall, gym, squash court, steam, sauna, massage, billiards and now planned for table tennis extra. But as per koramangala standards, its nice to take here... Quality of the building is very very good...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to the construction of this apartment, the once beautiful roads have been dug up and due to the rains there are a million pot holes which has become an inconvenience for people living around the area. It has been 6 years and still the roads are not done up properly. The place around is full of pot holes and construction work. So much of work has been left undone in and around the area which has left the residents nearby highly inconvenienced with elderly people not being able to go for walks or cars being driven without any hassle.
