★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being such a big brand and holding such a huge showroom but no sense of delivery... I got an lehnga which was supposed to be delivered to my house. they delivered an expensive lehenga in some tone cartain box.. no lehnga bag nothing. Even a small brands ensure that the delivery is done in proper manner with with proper bag even though their lehnga cost is nominal. And you guys being so high when it comes to price but have nonsense to deliver the product... Very pathetic delivery services. It's an expensive lehanga where should I be keeping in that tone box. Think of it. Being a huge brand you should rectifying your mistake. People don't think that it's a just small thing of lehnga bag, no it's not only about that. When they are charging so high they need to ensure they deliver in best manner.... Just having a huge brand is not important your every action count what it is. Very disappointed.. if it was in my hand I wouldn't have given you even one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice shop for women’s dresses,gaun and sarees for all types of function. Amazing experience for quality and quantity of dress,sarees, etc. fix rate shop no bargaining allowed. It’s next to the Santacruz railway station west. Hope you like this much information about this place. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid 1500 rs only the for alteration of the gown bought from the same store, still the alteration was not done upto the mark. Bought in August, visited the store 4 times and still had to show how to make the sleeves fit. Finally going to give the gown to a local tailor. The store handed over the gown on 7th November. Would never recommend the store to anyone. Not worth the time and money :(

Pl CHECK before you buy...
AFTER we selected from sale stock he says for affixing sleeves on a 6.5k outfit he will CHARGE 300/- SEPERATELY!
Approach exactly like small time crooks...
We DID NOT BUY ...
What has charging for affixing sleeves got to do with sale price ?
Then reduce the "discount" by 300/-
Lousy third rate customer experience!
Don't even bother going unless willing to get scammed !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely stingy with service. They should learn the meaning of customer relationship. They treat customers very poorly. Another word for them is Kanjoos. Super kanjoos in even delivering the clothes to my house. It's a basic service that they can provide free of cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No stock of collection of bridal clothes. The price is way beyond high than the quality of clothes offered. Worst is the attitude and behavior of the sales person in the bridal section. He seems least bothered and is rude and arrogant to be spoken of. I wasted my time being there and advice others not to do so. If they have to be in business then they have to get serious about all, as this is not the same Aishwarya I had been 12 years back.
