★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is rude and crude. Experienced very bad behaviour. Though they appear to have enough stock, but they are not willing to show. When their behaviour is called out, they start argument. They want to close a deal just after showing 2 to 5 dresses, in complete disregard to the customer's expectations. However location is good. But it is always under traffic jam at any time.
It also seems that some of the higher rated reviews are insider jobs or compromised in some respect. Older reviews are giving 3, 4 or 5 star. But newest reviews within two years are giving 1 or 2 star only.

I bought a lehenga while packing we asked for zipper for which he denied in a very bad manner also addressed his employee and asked them not to entertain us as the payment is already done he felt he has no obligation to behave properly.
Suggestion - Never visit such this store.

They stop showing you outfits after 2-3 trials
Even if you ask they are not interested and say that finalize from what you saw so far as you will get confused
They do have good collection but they are not ready to show you.
Especially if you go for bridal you need that kind of attention and support to finalize best option but they are not of any help
Even if you tell them that keep this outfit aside and we will finalize they literally tell you no we don't do that if you want to buy take it or else leave
Very very rude staff and that's the reason though i personally liked their collection i ended up buying nothing n left
Also forget about taking photos they dont even allow you to do video calls in case you want to show it to someone
How will anyone buy from here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To describe my experience, I’d give them stars in negative. The staff is beyond rude, ill-mannered and absolutely unwelcoming. Had the worst experience of Indian shopping there and I can say for sure I won’t be going there ever again. They expect people to buy stuff immediately without even looking at options and encourage buying without trials. And just in case you don’t buy from them, they will put up a very unnecessary attitude to make you feel extremely uncomfortable, so much so that you feel like leaving immediately. I’m addressing this to anybody who is considering going there, NEVER go to that store, it’s just not worth your time.
