Pros:
An affordable place
Wide variety of collections in sarees,anarkalis,lehengas,dhoti sarees and much more.
They do tailoring at the same place.
Cons:
No parking facility.Make sure you book a cab nd reach there or cme by 2wheeler and u can park it infront of the shop.
Trial room s not tat great.it culd hve been better.

1. Kalakruti owners are one of the most professional and honest proprietors I have ever met.
2. They have a great collection, my wife and mom where very happy with the variety and quality of products.
3. The staff was very polite, patient and humble. They treated us very well. They also give respect and discounts to armed forces & police personnel and families.
4. I would've loved to give 6 stars if possible.
Thank you Kalakruti, you guys are awesome. My family & I had a great experience in your place. Even though I personally don't go out much for shopping with family, but this time the experience was pleasantly different.
P.S there are multiple shops in Santacruz with same name, but pls don't get confused, Bhavik Satra is the owner of this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been to this shop last week.I kept a piece on the side and wanted to see other options but the shopkeeper became very very persuasive and forced us to finalise and when we denied he started yelling. On top of this he fat shamed my sister saying we won’t get any clothes in her size and it was our luck that he had some options for her. His exact words were ‘yeh toh apka naseeb hai ke iske size mein kuch mila, mai apko likh ke deta hu apko kuch nahi milega itni badi size mein.’ He then stated to argue with us very loudly and rudely. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to visit this store. Extremely rude and disrespectful owner. And my sister got a dress she liked in the next shop. Never had such experience shopping.
