★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good experience at all! If you want to get tricked into paying MORE, then go here and waste your money. Extremely disappointed in the way the store values its customers. I went there to buy Indian outfits with my two sisters and we all got the same Salwar kameez, however when we were there the person helping us was changing the price tags on the clothes, which we didn’t think of much then while we were there. However, when we came home, we noticed from the receipts that each of us were charged differently for the three same salwars. When we were there, we didn’t check the receipt thinking that we could trust them, but DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!! While my salwar was the same as both of my sisters, they were charged much more than I was charged even though all three were the same. Upon calling the management there, he told us to send a picture of each of the salwars and the receipt. That day we even had to catch our flight to USA, and despite that we searched through all our luggage for the salwar and the receipt, but then he told us that the pricetags are different so the price cannot be the same even though all three salwars are EXACTLY the same! He told us to come to the store and show him the pictures of the outfits and receipts in person. So a few hours before my mother’s flight to the US, my mother went to the store and they tell her that nothing could be done since the bar codes are different. Since we live 5 hours away from Mumbai, my mother took the time to go to the store, and that to thinking that it would be worth it, but it clearly was not. Not only do these people lie and trick to you, but they also do not value your time as they enjoy making you run around to clearly get nothing at the end. NEVER WILL SHOP HERE AGAIN and DEFINITELY WILL NOT RECOMMEND THE STORE TO ANYONE!!!
