★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building compound is surrounded by security. Ample parking space. There is a lake nearby which is not clean though. This causes mosquitoes to rise. The rooms are spacious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: Good construction, Security and safety, Children play area, Few steps to walkers track, Nice community. Peaceful except 2 hours in morning and evening.
Cons: External painting and lift upgrade are i the process. With new association leadership team, things are improving from 2016 to make it once again as a nice place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place away from traffic zone. Surrounded by 2,4km jogging trails and greenery. Good place for family with children to stay. Water scarcity is problem, but that's everywhere in Bangalore. People are nice and friendly. Many family events used to happen, reduced now, need new batch of volunteers. Nearest bus stop is 700 meter, Metro is 3.5km. Well connected. Now kaggadaspura main road is buzzing, so no need to go anywhere else for almost all shopping needs. Every thing is walkable.

Very well located.
Many shops nearby. Can get home deliveries for almost all the home needs.
Nice lake view for many apartment units.
Very well maintained trail nearby.
Children play area is decent.
Swimming pool is maintained reasonably well.
Very good security team.
The Bad:
Badly maintained apartment - Dirty and no trash cans around.
Old mailboxes and no one cares to replace.
Water problem exists quite a bit, the apartment association members are taking steps to improve the water supply.
Apartment had encroachment problems; some owners lost their parking space and are forced to be parked in open areas.
The Ugly:
ELEVATORS! Lifts don't work / shutdown atleast once a week.
Don't buy or Rent above 2 floors unless you are prepared to walk up the stairs.
