It's my personal experience, to migrate from postpaid to prepaid, I had to go 6/7 times.

β β β β β Team sitting here has no idea about the policies or offers of vodafone. The employees are rude and have literally no answers. They will make you wait for 30 min, even when there are no customers. Employees will roam here and there and will not even bother to check on your concerns. I have visited many customer care centres in my lifetime, but literally this is the worst I have seen.
