★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been waiting for my connection to be moved for 7 days. Customer care and their appellate contact have given me at least 12 deadlines over the last few days, none of which were met. The worst service i have ever received till date. Please opt for other providers, once you make the payment, customer experience goes for a toss

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We tried reaching airtel for wifi in Murugeshpalya area in Bangalore, but there was no port available. They also charged 3.5k and made me do the payment, after that they said there is no port available. So poor service. Disappointed. And they say airtel is everywhere and in every corner. Not at all sticking to their words.....highly disappointed by airtel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t fall for their words. They have the worst service throughout. Once you take a connection they will fool you by saying you won’t get much speed as there is universal issue with your location.
The connection will not work every other day and if god forbid the wire is cut due to some maintenance or construction forget about the connection to come back for a week. The service request agents will play with you by saying they are coming in 10 mins but they will never come.
Don’t fall for them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not take Airtel broadband service. They will fool you by false offers.once you take connection none will respond. Their service man told me i can check the service for one month,and within one month if i am not satisfied full amount will be refunded. Thank God i have voice recording for the same. For 2 working day i didn't get internet at all and regarding this i disconnected the service.this was by february.now it's may .till this date inspite of writing 100 mails i didn't get my amount. I was cheated by Airtel . Shame on Airtel.
Many of us will not go behind this and they are continuing this scam.
