★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet outage happened thrice in my place and when put up a complain, they respond that the issue will resolve within 24 hours. When I ask them to escalate to there manager, they hung up. What a pathetic service?
It seems they are forcing me to change my connection to different ISP provider. Totally frustrated!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im facing frequent disconnection. We are working from home and if no internet means no work and i have to apply leave after that will have to apply loss of pay. Please act immediately. Please dont test our patience. Its already more than 10 times i have raised the requests from last 3 months.

no permanent resolution to tickets raised , same problem arises week after week , technicians have no idea what was the root cause what fixed the problem
In Indiranagar ACT fibernet service was so good we decided to continue the same when we moved to Mahadevpura . But i am repenting now , ACT fibernet is worst in Mahadevpura Bangalore.
Choose this connection only if you are ready to fight every week to get the internet working

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Getting rid of act fibernet is pain in a**. I wanted to disconnect because I was shifting my place. I told way early and they haven't disconnected. After this I startee calls ruining so many days, asking me to pay bills for the month I didn't use. Finally I couldn't bare that and paid whatever they asked for. From the next day onwards harassment again, asking me to reconnect. After telling them 10 times over the call that I don't want to reconnect, suddenly I started getting messages saying"thanks for reconnecting" WTF

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience. They took money for internet connection on very first day without checking availability of port. Post that noone contacted for 10 days, even after I followed up and escalated for too many times. Then they told port is not available and need to pay more for GX box. Customer care and everything are too much musleading and they will make you fake promise and keep your money. When I asked for refund, they are telling it will take another 15 days. I have never came across such double standard service provider before. Horrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been trying to contact ACT for over 45 minutes now.
Apart from computer generated emails and chat bots, ACT dosnt really get someone to talk to you to understand the situation. There is no means to reach a "human" to talk with. All numbers provided are unable or disconnected and probably discarded numbers including the Toll-free line.
So one just has to sit and hope the mobile application loads on the data pack you need to pay for just to register a complaint on ACT during an internet disruption.
This has happened on 3 Mondays in the last 6 weeks. Today, none of their means to connect to ACT are functional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As I someone else mentioned I am also user of ACT since 5years. Their service has come down to worst in recent times. For any request they say, it will take 24hrs to resolve. 90% of the time they close ticket without even resolving the issue. They don't reach you at all even if there is persistent problem. Email, App or customer care only gives standard answers. No proper support to customers. Just waiting for better alternative. Immediately would switch to another ISP.
