Trying to connect customer care from past 3 days - Avg waiting time is 15 min .. HELL .. Still not connected lol
3 times in a week u get internet problems ..
i have been since 3 years but hoping for some improvements .. but these guys never change ..
Switching to new broadband :-)

I been raising the ticket for internet issue , they will reopen the ticket which have raised earlier and One of there team member will come And set it to correct. Than after the next morning having the same issue. Simply wasting the package I have took.
