★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DONT GIVE YOUR DRESSES HERE for stitching until you want to go back and break your head with the arguing unprofessional lady owner, unwilling to listen at all, and with an arguing tailor. I went with my wife who is expecting. This lady owner did not had a courtesy to offer a chair for a person who is in such condition.
We gave them a dress material bought from Jaipur costing 3500 for stitching. The cloth was more than enough for sleeves. They stitched an off looking cloth in sleeves and the shoulders length was one inch less than the actual measure. When we asked the tailor, he mentioned we have provided the stitching material lesser than the required and he has to add the material for sleeves. For the shoulder their argument was it might have shrink due to washing, when actually it was never washed.
We paid them 750 for stitching and was following up with them for more than a month to resolve this issue over call. Even after her shop was open after lockdown, we have to follow up 10 days to get an appointment from this heavy headed lady. The owner lady is terrible. She does not listen and her behaviour towards customer is very bad. Will never go back to this unprofessional and arguing freaks.
The overall experience showcase how these so called elite boutique had sprung open with attractive banners and placards with these unprofessional, apathetic souls running the show.
