★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi Reliance Mart Team,
Close the stores if you are not interested in selling products.
I'm one of the consumer who is a frequent visitor to reliance mart. Location : Ayyappa nagar,KR puram PO,Bangalore. I here by want to complaint couple of thinngs.
1. Related to the staff, they are horrible in handling customers,especiially women staff, they are having more attitude. Staff is not concerned for the customer ask,when ever we ask for some product they say we do not have and while we search ,the same can be found in different location.
2. Horrible quality and house keeping maintained in the premises. Im not sure what do store manager do.
3. When ever we go to the teller ,for few products the prices are not updated in the system,so as a customer i need to compromise. This is repeated many times,no clue to count on that.
This complaint is being raised by observing since last 6 months. I don't know wheteher u will resolve this or not. Im venting out my frustration by writing this mail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You will find everything whatever is required for home. The only thing I dont like is they made complete store as warehouse. Once you enter, you will see lots and lots of carate, and no place to walk. There are 5 or 6 billing counters, never seen more than 2 open.

Then next moment the other girl came and it's working. I felt like puking at that girls face and her attitude. Kachda. Davlat bere, nin makakke tu
4th April 2022 - they always sell tender raw coconuts. Man have some shame. I've never got a dry coconut ever here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went reliance smart kodigehalli Bangalore, when I parked two wheeler in the space where every one parked,The ril staff came and treated me very badly go for basement and park the vehicle ,we requested ril staff already we parked again I have to take my vehicle and go for basement park how does this is correct ,at least while entering parking yard if they notify me go for basement this will be accepted and we explained there is no parking instruction also not available then how you are dealing with us, ril staff are not ready to accept this and talking arrogantly and disrespect with me. We observed that for parking space available where we parked but we did not understand why ril staff were talking arrogantly. Finally, I went home without shopping and had a bad experience. By seeing this is showing how Reliance management staff behaves with customers.
Hence looking into the above this kind of ril staff behavior is uncontrollable and it is a failure to meet minimum requirements of customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store is having very less place for customer movement. The Staff is very rude. My money was stuck during billing on phone pe. They said 2 days you will get it. But I had to go there 3 to 4 times for asking. They used to tell another two days. I had to wait 20 days for getting my 150 rs refund processed. Zero understanding and communication. Simply putting blame on us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is located on a very nice broad road. The parking facility for two wheeler is good. The store offers wide range of products which includes majorly groceries. The staff here are slightly rude and shud improve their attitude towards customers.
The store in itself is maintained well and the billing service is quite fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the big reliance smart stores available in the area. First of all they offer very attractive range of products with attractive offers. I went there once and they kept some offers on fresh vegetables which are lesser than local market prices. During Valentine's week, they keep some offers on grooming products which are best deals. Parking for two wheelers almost gets full everytime.
