★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly the spectra sales guys are there only to chase for payments and onboarding fresh customers. After sales customer service is pathetic. I paid 6 month upfront for the connection and after the service was activativated, they say tht it doesn't fall under their billing cycle and has charged me 350 extra. When they can deduct installation charges of 2500 from the upfront money paid, why can't they deduct monthly charges from it too? Ontop of paying full money they say services can get terminated, simply because of their billing department malpractice. This is highly unprofessional. I had opted for 250m, and lived with 100m for a week because of a faulty equipment at their side. Where is the accountability abd customer service level agreement? If my service gets disconnected I am taking you to customer court.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are highly unprofessional in services. From last 7 months, we are facing challenges in internet speed.
Spectra claim that they give 250 mbps and 500 mbps speed. But its not true, they give 20 to 30 mbps speed max. But they charge very high. Its better to take airtel fiber connection, they charge you 550INR for 20 mbps.
Highly not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every month there will be a breakdown of 1 to 2 days very pathetic service from the spectra. We should see for a alternative service provider.
Spectra is forcing to the customer to go the different service provider. In terms of service and breakdown.
Only good thing is payment follow-up not for service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of falling into the trap of paying upfront for their prepaid plans. As mentioned in the other reviews, once you have paid up there is no reason, including job transfer to unserviceable location or connectivity issues (which are frequent) for which they will pay you back a dime. Highly unethical. They should be banned for operating.

Even after 2 days nothing has been done.
I was assured a speedy connection in a day. No body has contacted me except the fellow who came for taking the money
