★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible horrible! Absolute cheaters.. their medicines may also be dangerous to take.. this is coming for a doctor myself! If they do this to doctors like us who know medicines.. I can only imagine what they would do to poor and helpless patients.

I had been for creams here . point to be noted its they were prescribed creams, They say its is "Amway Products" i had not words to praise them. They tell this cream is no more with this name they have changed the name. "give customer what the ask for are just tell we don't have no one needs your ******** "name changed medicines" ********************". i really feel sad for the people who have got cheated by this great medical store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrogant folks. Disconnects the phone while I am talking. At first agrees for a home delivery and then refuses. They really need to up their customer service. People still buy from there because they keep stock. But not for long.
In the last 10 years their service has deteriorated fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad place. They use your urgency to overcharge you especially when you land up from a hospital with their prescription. They work hand in glove with few people on commission basis and notedown in their records right in front of your eyes. Ownee tries to play smart giving visiting cards and asking us to pass it on people in need. Lol... I was overcharged Rs.600 for just one orthopaedic belt. Realized later I was duped.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner in his attempt to be personal, ignores the reality of his subtle rudeness stemming from his true impersonal feeling towards the customers.
The facade breaks quickly with cracks visibly erupting within a minute of interaction.
The head manager is a good reality hardened person though. Interaction was good with him.
My suggestion- go in the afternoon when the owner isn’t around.
As for the objectivity of the store- 9/10
A very ideal place for high end pharmaceuticals. Things that other pharmacies wouldn’t even understand.
One point less because only one out of four present was able to help with query and billing. Training is essential.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charge you more than the MRP for thermometer and have no discipline of providing Bills.. After we realise that the product is fake and reach out to them, they deny its from their store and get back with the bill, not only that they also claim they havent charged extra and refuse to help the customer at all. Instead treat them by using slang languages and abuse. Real worst experience. Unprofessional medical shop. I wish they named as Infamous Balaji chemist and Druggist.. Please beware of these fraudsters!
