★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a disastrous experience on my second visit to this lab. Everywhere wrong coordination and miscommunication. When we called to know the status of the report, even the manager doesn't know the correct information. Instead he started shouting us. When I called the customer care number available on Google, his reply was that there is no different number or email id to escalate beyond call center. It's like we have to listen to what they say.
Such an irresponsible staff in medical field. May be this is my last visit and would spread in my connections not to go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I should appreciate this team. Yesterday I went there for CT brain at 10PM and they are ready to help me. Limited staff at that time but still they could able to take CT in just 30 min. I am happy with the service. Charges are also very reasonable. Just 1000 rs .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ except the intial waiting for registration everything is good. lab has designated helpers for explaining you about the test that going to happen and next test. i booked my annual health checkup at this place on a weekday so all went well. NOTE: I doubt how they will handle if there is a lot of rush/people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is very professional. Affordable prices and very quick in getting the reports. Got my CT Scan reports with in 15 mins after the scan(both soft copies & films). May be because, I went there after 7 PM and less crowd. Looks like, they give discount on price, if we get the tests done after 7 PM . Recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very aptly followed covid protocols. Staff were very helpful and nice. The nurse who took my blood sample did her work so nicely that I dint feel the needle entering my body. People like us should maintain distance. One person was just breathing at my neck and I had to tell him to stand with some space. Otherwise well maintained and clean llab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well managed diagnostic center. The cost is very reasonable, the staff is well trained and very professional in their dealings with patients. Three star given as they have advertised free home sample collection, but when enquired they said it is chargeable basis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A decent lab with a potential to be a really good one. The reception/entrance area is small and social distancing was not followed. The place was way too crowded. Some people were walking without masks, even some staff members had lowered their mask which is risky for all. The ultrasound room did not have disposable sheets which is a big minus point. The experience with the radiologist wasn't great either. I have better experiences with other labs here. The toilet here was one of the cleanest and well maintained I have ever come across in a diagnostic center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best managed,sanitized and cost effective scan center. In this time of overcharging I would say they are doing recommendable job of charging nominal amount for CT and MRI. On top of it if you go after 8:00 PM you get upto 30% discount. A CT cost 1500 on normal time and 1000 after 8 PM. And MRI 3500 in day time and 2750 after 8 pm.
