Cloudnine Hospital - Old Airport Road - Bengaluru

This is the rating i will give solely based on my experience 1. Unnecessary hype has been given to the senior most doctor there which is not needed. Feel like the whole meternity department is running on her name. Needless to say that i also fell in that trap. Leaving all other good doctors i kept trust in her. Not that she broke my trust but there is huge difference one will find in the regular checkups oldurijg the period of 9 months and the D day for which you are actually paying more than a lac. 2. About the apointment - you will go through 2 doctors before you actually get to see this senior doctor who will give u the exact same advice as other two doctors gave. It is such a waste of everybodys time. 3. You will be surprised to see that all your labor pain will go in isolation. Noone will care to come and calm you down. I had spent close to half day and the entire night in pain In a dirtiest room untill the doctor came and asked the staff to shift me to a better place. Imagine. All the emergencies and the D day will be handled by her assistants. Dont worry she will come to see your face, shout at her staff infront of scrumbling patients and lastly to cut the ribbon and take all the credit. The major problem is that you cannot contact this doctor directly so you have to talk to assitants. During the period of 9 months there can be any emergency and you really want to talk to your own doctor but here you cant. Sorry you need to talk to the available doctor or send the email to this doctor who will respond when she can. 4. I cant talk about critical cases, i am sure this hospital and the doctor is capable of handling critical cases but because mine was not that critical so may be thats why i did not get the right amount of attention which i expected for the first baby. 5. Talk about the rediologist, baby's nose is not devloped so go for the test and pray as baby could be abnormal so you may need to abort.. i bet 98% of parents will not.mind spending 25k or may be more now as U will be dead scared as if you dont do this test you are taking the risk coz u did not listen to the doctor.. 6. One time xperience is more than enough to measure the depth of the water so i am done with them and wont visit tis doc again.

My 3days old baby was diagnosed with inguinal bilateral hernia. As parents we were panicked to get the surgery done immediately after birth, we wanted to go for a second opinion immediately considering the risk and urgency of the surgery. Unfortunately after discharging from the hospital (different branch of cloudnine) myself,my spouse and baby fell pray to covid, which put us through jeopardy. That is when Dr Anil kumar, pediatric surgeon came to our resque. He was considerate of our situation and immediately agreed to do a e-consultation. He was very understanding,explained the process without creating a panic in us. He also shared his personal number and gave us assurance he is available anytime to help us in case of emergency . He is also one of the few doctors who did the surgery through cordal anesthesia which gave us more relief as we dint want our new born to go through general anesthesia. We got admitted with a lot of worry but the doctor is the most kindest person. He was very down to earth, took time and gave us assurance that our baby is in safe hands. As promised he performed the surgery with his expertise and our baby was back to normal by end of day. Also cloudnine overall the brand leaves up to the expectation and had never let us down. Hats off to their inpecable service and I hope the maintain the same standards through out

I would like to give a detailed review on cloud9 hospitals based on our experience. Pre-natal Care: We chose to consult with Dr. Praveena Shenoi ma'am who is an excellent obstetrician and gynaecologist. We also had regular scans and lab work that we had taken during this phase. Overall, I believe all the doctors whether we speak about radio-scans (Dr. Surekha Managoli, Dr. Anitha Shettigari) who gave us all the details and help us in being less anxious during the initial days. The receptionists, nurses and aids are very well knowledgable and are doing their best every day. What could improve: I believe the appointment timings & actual check has a lot of gap, there were days when we waited almost 1 hr to get the checkups done which can be improved drastically and giving priority to patients time should be key. Delivery & Post Delivery Care: Dr. Praveena ma'am, although it was her last day came for the delivery with Dr. Vinupa & Dr. Arvind Shenoi also being there during the delivery. Being a high risk case, i think she took care to guide, nurture and clarify all doubts and make sure that delivery went smooth and without any hassles. The care from the emergency rooms to the delivery room was par excellent. The rooms post delivery are very good.. Recommend folks to have a look at the rooms for both packages and choose accordingly. We took the luxury package and the entire experience was worth-it. Nurses are very nice, helpful and are available whenever you need them. Also, the duty doctors, visits from physio (Shalini Nair), Nutritionist(Falak Hanif) & for Lactation (Violet Mary Vinceya) who came and helped in the 3 days that we were there.. Receptionist, insurance representatives, cleaning staff were extremely helpful and understood us so well.. felt so homely and nice.. The audiologist (don't remember his name) was very understanding, he came twice to ensure that baby is asleep so that test are effective & accurate. What could improve: Sales teams should go and see the facilities that are provided so that they are able to give enough info during the selection of packages. Also, maintaining the room on regular basis (not once , but 2 times in a day) will help keep the cleanliness at par. Although rooms are well maintained, it is a suggestion. Special mention: Rajesh & Sharath (GK Vale studio in-house) who came for the baby shoot were very professional, made sure that baby was comfortable and quickly went through the process without any hassles. Although I felt the packages were a bit pricy, once I saw the pictures, the photo-frame and photobook, I feel it was worth it. At the end took a selfie with them too.. Post-Natal care: The pediatrics department is on the ground floor and has ample space. I visited it post the discharge and met Dr. Amitoj Singh who is so good with babies. He spend good time making me and my wife aware of the needs of the baby and how to cater to those needs. The receptionist at the pediatric was very nice and helped us understand the vaccination processes and how to go about it in detail. Also, separate room for baby needs being there really helped during the feeding and nappy changing.. Although husbands are not allowed, they gave me an exception to go and help my wife and baby .. Really will never forget it. I will not speak on the cost, price-value because nothing can put a price on experience & care that expecting mothers, babies need. The point being experience should justify the pricing and quality should be top priority. The other important thing that I should recommend is for cloud9 to provide kangaroo baby blanket/swaddle to carry baby home. Small things go a long way - I must say this because on the day of discharge, our car was decorated and we had baby on board sticker put in.. with the tension, running around, i had forgotten it, but having seen it being there.. really made both of us very happy.. Kudos to Cloud Nine. Thank you.

Awesome staff. Great experience. This was my first pregnancy. And due to covid restrictions my dear ones like mom and mom in law were not near me. Special thanks to Dr. Modhulika Bhattacharya (Gynaecologist) and Dr. Falak Hanif (dietician and nutritionist). I was diagnosed with Gestational dibeties and ICP. They both helped and guided me even post delivery. I was induced on 37th week and Dr. Modhulika and her team made my normal delivery possible. Me and my husband felt very homely throughout the process. Dr. Falak helped me a lot with the diet. Thanks to her diet plans, My bile acid levels came down to 11 from 94. She also helped me with my gestational dibeties. Due to her diet plans i didn't have to take insulin. Overall the experience with hospital was really professional and awesome. I highly recommend it. Thank you to the entire team of cloudnine.

If I am not giving a review for the hospital, that would be an injustice from my side. Choosing Cloud 9 hospital (Old Airport Road) for our baby delivery was one of the best decision we took in our life. My wife had a smooth and normal delivery and the complete credit goes to Dr.Praveena mam, who had complete confidence on my wife. Our family would like to thank mam for making our pregnancy journey easy and memorable one ? On the delivery day Dr.Nikita mam was performing frequent check on my wife to make sure that everything is normal. When a doctor checks and make sure that everything is normal frequently, what else can be better than that… The care and support we received from the sisters during delivery time was priceless. Annie Sister took care of my wife like her daughter. Aleena sister and Annie sister were there in the room through out the delivery procedure and I am not sure any one else will be able to provide such care to a person like this ?. Thank you so much from bottom of our heart… Due to Covid restrictions, No one was allowed in the hospital from our family except me. So, all of our family was worried that, how would I manage baby and mom alone in the hospital. But we received the best post-delivery care in the hospital from all of the staffs. Reetha Sister taught me how to grab a new born baby and helped my wife with various tips, which you will not get from google ? During the night time Elsiba sister took care of mom and new born. Whenever baby was crying in the night, sister came to our room and took care of baby(even before we seek for support). We are very grateful to both of you. Another name I would like to thank is Dr.Shalini mam. She trained my wife with various physical exercise in the appropriate time of the pregnancy journey, which helped my wife a lot. The Lamaze session from her was very insightful for us. We have received remarkable service from the hospital from Day 1 of our visit. Ritika Sharma from the hospital side explained us about the entire process in hospital and she helped us enroll in the system and was there to help us till the end for any questions we had. Cafeteria team also provided excellent service. The quality of the food was very good. Nagaraj from their team provided food to us even in the midnight. I would certainly recommend Dr.Praveena mam and Cloud nine hospital in Old air port road for any one looking for a hassle free and smooth maternity journey!!!

Well maintained. Good service. Take prior appointment before your visit by calling their call Center or through the app. Hospital is usually crowded but waiting time is usually short. We consulted doctor Meena Venkatraman who was very kind and polite. Gave the right advice and medication- our kid got well the next day. Consulting fee is high (INR 900+ - that’s the only drawback)

I would highly recommend the CloudNine on old airport road for anyone wanting to give birth at a place with fantastic staff, great facilities and exceptional service. Dr. Shenoi made us feel very safe in our high risk pregnancy, and scheduled our induction in a way that assured a smooth labor and birth. The hospital also offered an excellent package that allowed us to have a dedicated day and night nurse to assist us with all aspects of new parenthood, especially breastfeeding. All of the nurses and doctors were great, and our dedicated day nurse Reetha became like family. We are so grateful to her for all her help in getting our life with our newborn started on the right foot. Thank you to her and the whole team at CloudNine for such a great experience.
