★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the time they are billing MRP rate even if that item is in discount.always check your bill after purchasing.for me two times happened this both i realised after reaching home

After 6 days of this review they contacted me about this issue and i realised that i took the wrong item that was in the saim rack (may be some coustomers miss placed)
so within 6 days they replaced me with the original item and given back the refund amount.i have changed my star rating from 1 to 5 .so satisfied to know that your coustomer service is this much good .keep up this good work .happy to shop more on more supermarket?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went today after a long time and what a horrible experience it turned out to be.
1). My mom was carrying a small handbag and the guard told us it had to be be put in a bag and sealed . He told her she could remove her phone and wallet and carry it in her hand. This would have been fine if it was followed for all women carrying bags entering the shop. But the two women who followed her carrying slightly smaller bags freely walked in.
2). There was a machine at the entrance to check temperature and dispense sanitiser. While this is a great initiative there needs to be somebody checking if people were getting their temperatures checked. While I used it , a lot of people who entered behind me walked in freely without checking their temperatures and the guard didn’t bother telling them anything .
3). I noticed people who were removing their masks after entering the store and nobody was following social distancing as well. Maybe the shop was understaffed but there needs to be somebody enforcing COVID protocols. The security guard was busy the whole time sealing my mother’s bag so he didn’t pay any attention to the mask removing and people not checking their temperature .
I left with my mother immediately without even fully entering the store . Thanks for singling us out as capable shoplifters just because my mother’s handbag was slightly bigger than the other women who entered with us. Never entering a more store ever again. Just a suggestion , instead of putting our handbag inside another bag and sealing it , they can just use zip ties on every one entering with a bag (small or big) and cut it at the cash counter instead of singling out customers like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You cannot see a lot of discounts so it's better to visit the store when you need something very badly...
One plus point is that you get a wide range of ice creams available like amul, Real/Ideal ice cream and Kwality.
Bedsheets and pillow covers are cheap for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is 10 people in line at 3:30 PM, only one counter is doing bill, we took almost 10K goods but as per waiting time for billing, we just left the things there only and back. Don't play with customers please.
I think Management is least bother on this, otherwise it could have been better.
