- running with name soul and medray. Soul has bad reputation (see reviews) . Bookmyscans.com is tied with soul and mfine.com with medray. Pricing for same lab is very different.
- mfine told while booking that the lab is ISO9001 certified. Lie. The staff at lab said they are NOT.
- wrong rtpcr report. Patient not allowed to board plane
- mri report blotched
- no social distancing as per covid protocol
- absolutely no value for time . Appointment scheduled are not honoured. Had to wait 2+ hours
- clueless staff .. Receipts not given. Has to be sanded. Staff not owning up responsibility
- manager invisible -- always told.. 'coming sir'
Keep away. Save your money. Do not fall for these frauds.

ultrasound scan. Really happy with their services, very well organized through out the process and really helpful staff.
Staff from reception, lab section and report section are excellent in rendering the services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a horrible experience!! The doctors here are so rude to pregnant patients. That’s not the right way to treat. Just for a scan you cannot talk rude this happened with Doctor Satisha Davanageri.

Manager Padma is the best, make sure to meet her, very professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: Very clean, decent wait time, great explanation and inquiry by the radiologist (Dr. Meera K.M) and quick reports (ultrasound scan).
Cons: Security and sanitization missing before entering the premises, some patients and staff were not wearing masks properly/all the time. This has to be strictly enforced. Expensive when compared to other diagnostics in the area.
